Printed copy of prescribed application form filled online and signed. Application form is available at www.passport.gov.in/nri/

Existing Indian Passport in original.
|
|
|
3.

Post Payment Receipt in original (CCP No. 12-10232-9) paid to Consulate General of India, Geneva.
|
|
|
4.
|
Duly attested Marriage Certificate in original plus 1 photocopy (whereever necessary).
|
|
|
5.
|
4 (four) recent and identical coloured photographs, size 5 cm x 5 cm, with light coloured background.
|
|
|
6.
|
Photocopy of Residence Permit/proof of address (If ration card is submitted, it should be accompanied by one more proof).

In the case of a child, Passports of both the parents. |

In the case of a child, Birth Certificate of child in original plus photocopy. |

In the case of a child, Declaration from parents that the child is currently living with them in Switzerland and that the child has no other Travel Document. |
